Vaio Fit 11A is Sony’s Newest Convertible Laptop

Sony recently showcased a new compact laptop model at CES  event, the Vaio Fit 11A. Weighing at just 2.82 pounds, the laptop includes an 11-inch TRILUMIOS Full HD display and a reasonably capable Intel Pentium quad-core processor. For easier access, users can convert the hybrid laptop into a tablet model. The device is based on a rotational display, which has an 8Mp rear-facing camera on the lid. There is also a 128GB of onboard storage.

The Sony Vaio Fit 11A runs the latest Windows 8.1 operating system and supports WiFi 802.11ac wireless connectivity. It will come preloaded with Adobe Photoshop Elements 12, which would work nicely with the built-in Vaio Active Pen. Sony will soon provide additional details of the new laptop.

We could expect to see more new Sony machines this year, including the 15E and 14E, which may start from $579. Next month, there will be new 13-inch and 11-inch models of the Sony Vaio flip, which could be priced at $1129 and $799, respectively. Newer Vaio Duo and Vaio Pro models could available a bit later, probably in April.
