In terms of physical dimension, the Toshiba Tecra R940-1FL is similar to its predecessor, the Tecra R840. It has convincing functional and subtle design that allows professionals to achieve better productivity. On the sides, there are two USB 3.0 ports, one USB 2.0 port, VGA port, DisplayPort, SD card port, Smartcard slot, RJ-45 Gigabit-LAN port and DVD burner.
The Toshiba Tecra R940-1FL has the same spill- and water-resistant keyboard like the one we find on the Tecra R840. The soft stroke and small key travel ensure reasonable typing experience. The laptop is equipped with 14” WXGA++ (1600 x 900) display, which doesn’t have serious issues with reflections thanks to the matte panel. However, users still need to avoid direct sunlight.
The Toshiba Tecra R940-1FL uses Intel Core i5 3320M processor, QM77 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 320GB HDD and Intel HD Graphics 4000 integrated GPU. The machine can easily run any average computing task and handle gaming at low-medium detail settings.
