MSI has unveiled the gaming-oriented GX70 laptop that offers some of the most impressive hardware configuration in the industry. The machine is bundled with the Crysis 3, which tells us a lot about its capability. Underneath the large keyboard, there’s AMD A10 5750M Richland quad-core processor, clocked dynamically between 2.5GHz and 3.5GHz, based on requirements.
It has the built in Radeon HD 8650G GPU that can stream data through D-Sub, HDMI output and MiniDisplay port. It is used primarily for non-demanding tasks such as video playback and web browsing. For gaming purposes, graphics processing is handled over to the speedy AMD Radeon 8970M.
Codenamed Neptune, the discrete graphic card can play latest games fluidly at high or ultimate settings. Gamers will also enjoy playing on the expansive 17.3” 1080p anti-glare LCD display. The SoundBlaster cinema audio feature brings crystal clear audio and the 1TB SATA 7200rpm HDD, offers ample space for storing games and multimedia data.
