While many serious gaming enthusiasts prefer to do their gaming sessions on desktops, some prefer to do that on the go. Those who are in the market for high-end gaming laptops may find MSI’s new laptop satisfactory. The MSI GT70 Dragon Edition 2 is the first gaming laptop with Haswell processor, which is paired with the ultra fast Nvidia GTX 780M discrete GPU.
According to 3DMark Vantage benchmark result, the laptop has a score of 36,000 points, which is comparable to desktop PCs equipped with Nvidia GTX 670. The GT70 Dragon Edition 2 can be connected simultaneously to three external monitors. Packed into a 2.9kg chassis, the laptop also offers three types of video outputs, multiple SSDs and SteelSeries-branded keyboard. The There’s no word on release date and pricing, but we should hear more details during the Computex.
Quite recently, MSI also introduced the AMD Richland-powered gaming laptops, the GX 60 and GX 70.
