The XPS 11 is a hybrid laptop and Dell’s newest premium offering, which offers both the productivity of a laptop and the portability of a tablet. Running the new Windows 8.1 OS, consumers can use the XPS 11 for productive works in the classroom or office.
Visually, it looks like a solidly-built device with a combination of carbon fiber and machined aluminum. The well-thought design will never feel flimsy or cheap. The edge-to-edge display is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass, with 400 nits of brightness level and stunning 2560 x 1440 screen resolution.
There are various configurations of Dell XPS 11 with multiple processor options, such as Core i3 and Core i5 Haswell processors. Available storage options include 80, 128 and 256GB SSD. All variants are equipped with 4GB of RAM, an SD card slot, headset jack, full-sized HDMI port and a couple of full-sized USB 3.0 ports. The Dell XPS 11 may soon be available in the UK for around £650.
