Asus has introduced a couple of Zenbook models, the UX301 and UX302. The Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layer doesn’t only protect the display from the usual wear and tear; but also gives it a glassy look. With the NDR (Native Damage Resistance), the Gorilla Glass 3 offer three times better scratch resistance compared to the earlier Gorilla Glass 2.

The UX301 and UX302 both have 13.3-inch IPS display with nearly 180-degree viewing angle. There two screen resolution options, full HD (1920 x 1080) and WQHD (2560 x 1440). The high-end variant of these laptops use the Intel Core Haswell i7 4558U dual-core processor with Intel Iris IGP or Nvidia GeForce 730M discrete graphics card.

For better performance and lower power utilization, users can also choose a model with 512GB of SSD. There’s nothing unusual with their connectivity options, users will get USB 3.0 port, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi. Asus hasn’t given us any detail as to how much they’ll cost and when both devices will hit the UK market.
