Vizio announced two years ago that it would make a bold move of introducing the Thin + Light laptops into the PC marketplace. The early models of the series were unable to live up to our expectation. But the company has pulled back the cover on its new laptop model, the 15.-inch Thin + Light. The machine is still based on Vizio’s basic formula and it could be appealing to consumers who prefer simple approaches in the laptop market.

From the physical standpoint, the new laptop is quite identical to the Thin + Light model released in. It should be noted that Vizio seeks to simplify its laptop lineup. Gone is the non-touch 15.6-inch Thin + Light model as well as the more compact 14-inch model.

Vizio also touted the use of high-performance Intel Core i7 “Haswell” processor, which includes the new Iris Pro graphics solution. The company also includes the fast 802.11ac WiFi into the new model and Full HD screen resolution. Although, the trackpad and keyboard don’t really stand out, many would agree that the touchscreen capability on the 15.6-inch display is the most responsive in the market.
