The Chinese laptop maker, Hasee, has unveiled the X300V; with Intel Core i7 3517U processor, 4GB of RAM and 14” HD display. At 600 Euro, the laptop is surely one of the most appealing in the market. Designated as an ultrabook, the X300V is only 19mm thick and with its sober design, it looks like a Lenovo tablet at a glance.
Made almost completely in plastic, we can find trace of aluminum only on a small insert. Unfortunately, the X300V doesn’t seem to have solid feel of metal-encased laptop models. On the sides, there are memory card reader, RJ-45 LAN socket, HDMI out port, VGA out port, two USB 2.0 ports and one USB 3.0 port. Compared to other Core i7 laptops in the market, the X300V clearly offers a nice value.
Other than laptops, Hasee also produces motherboard and desktop PC; however the company no longer makes graphic card.
