A notebook manufacturer from German, DevilTech, has announced world’s first Intel Haswell laptop model. The company recently updated its official website and added the 17” Fragbook GTX and 15” Devil 7700 laptops. They have Intel’s next generation chipset in it and DevilTech is kind enough to offer some valuable details.
This is our first detailed insight to the Intel Haswell architecture as DevilTech offers four different processor models; Core i7 4700MQ (2.6 – 3.6GHz) , Core i7 4800MQ (2.7 – 3.7GHz), Core i7 4900MQ (2.8 – 3.8GHz) and Core i7 4930MX (3 – 3.9GHz).
Another important detail is the built-in Intel Graphics HD 4600GPU, which increases the number of pipelines to 20, compared to the earlier Intel Graphics HD 4000 with 16 pipelines. It’s a safe the bet that the performance level is comparable to the Nvidia GeForce GT 620M. DevilTech’s laptops will also be equipped by a few unannounced Nvidia’s graphics card, the GeForce GTX 770M 3GB and GeForce GTX 780M 4GB.
